   I have been a patient under Dicconson Group Practice since I was a child, currently working in the NHS engaging with various practices in the borough. I have to say that this surgery deserves acknowledgement and praise, whenever I have needed an appointment for myself or my young children I have always received one on the day or in appropriate timing. Both clinical and admin staff are helpful and professional, and I have never had problems contacting the surgery by phone if needed. The Ask My Gp is open throughout the day and I have always received a prompt response. Gp surgeries are highly criticised but I would recommend this service to all of my friends and family. Thank you.
