   I suffer with bowel disease and had an urgent need to use the facilities in this surgery. I asked and explained my condition and they refused. This was my first outing in months and ended up with me having an accident that could have been prevented. So upset and disappointed with the lack of care and understanding shown by this surgery. Shame on you
