   I decide to have an operation and spoke to receptionist who said she could notify the doctor. I thought I'd check with an email. I should have received a reply on Monday. Nothing on Wednesday went to surgery. Now 3 weeks since request. The doctor hasn't got around to looking yet. Same old excuse busy!! I'm absolutely disgusted!! Why didn't the receptionist tell me to make an appointment?
