This evening I had difficulty using their online appointments system but a wonderful receptionist offered to do it for me. So nice to meet a woman with such good peoples skills & a big smile to boot. Thank you.

Trying to get an appointment using a link is stressful, you get bounced between 3 portals the nhs app ,patient access portal, it’s not the first time that the link hasn’t worked . I tried to rang back receptionist but remember from last occasion particular receptionist’s will just send link again. If your tired and not feeling great it’s takes up too much time. Not efficient.Ends up not helpful

I had a lot of problems with a referral and the receptionist helped to resolve them. He phoned the hospital and found out when the hospital will send me the date for my appointment.

Worried with a back pain, GP asked for stool sample, took it in to be told that I should have brought it before 11am. They asked me to redo it. Was then called to say, oh you do not have to do it, just take it to the hospital. Conflicting information on the leaflet provided - clearly states: containers collected from the GP - return to GP! The person I talked to was only defensive, did not take responsibility for the lack of information they had around this.

From the fast responses to requests via the mobile texting services to the quality of advice and care received in person or via text/online/phone - always correctly judged - I cannot recommend this practice more highly

Just wanted to commend the nurse who very proactively yesterday took the time to fit me into her very very busy schedule and made the time talk to me about a sensitive and personal matter with compassion, professionalism and respect. She made me feel at ease and carried out a procedure that I was very anxious about. She is an absolute credit to the practice. I really hope all her diligent and hard work is recognised. Thank you so so much for doing your job to the highest level. You made a very nervous and anxious patient feel at ease. It means a lot. Thank you

I am registered in the surgery for over 5 years. The last 2 years the service is almost non existent. Very difficult to get an appointment, twice booked appointments that did not happen. If you get a referral, they simply don’t follow up and that are not happening. It is a pity because most of the doctors seem good, the problem is mainly on administration, it is almost impossible to get access to any service.
