    My special educational needs son was told to sit and wait in A&E as the GP refused to submit a referral to the department he needed. A&E is crippled by these situations. I desperately want to move GP's. You can never get an appointment yet when you enter the surgery its empty. The amount of times we have been sent to out of hours during surgery hours is shocking. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone.

    Can't get an appointment. Keep getting g cut off in the phone or told to ring another day and the same happens. Completes a sick note request online and was told it wouldn't be done until a week later! How can a doctor possibly know how ill you were a week ago! Employers need a sick note for the week you are offnor can risk losing pay. Everything I go tonthis surgery there sees to be different doctors. This surgey is spectacularly disorganised. Might be changing surgery as they are simply not good enough!

    In sept could use the app to make a routine app. But now in oct it has been stopped. So rang at 8am 10th in the queue to be told no apts left. Rang at 1.30 to be told routine apts can only ring at 8am. I need an urgent routine apt after some blood tests . This surgery is getting worse than better. Routine apts are just as important.

    I am overdue for my blood tests, foot checks and medication reviews. I have totally given up trying to get an appointment for an ongoing issue which needs treatment. The comments written here all reflect my experiences. I havent had an appointment in at least years other than those issued via text messages for vaccinations. Overall the serevice is pointles.

    You cannot get an appointment with this surgery. The app they use, to make things easier, has no appointments available and you cannot access your medical history either. You call, and you can only call at 8 & 13:30 for appointments, but cannot get through to them. The probability is higher to win the lotto than to get an appointment with this surgery. With regards to my prescription drug, I was due a check up before they renewed, that was 6 months ago, still waiting and they keep renewing my prescription. No duty of care!!

    Tried to book an appointment for today. Even a sit and wait hoping for a cancellation. Nothing. Any evening appointments, nothing. Receptionist told me I should have been at the door at 8am. I asked what do you do when it's not an A and E job but I really am not well, told ring at 1.30. Asked why I can't make an appointment now for after 1.30 she said we may fill them before then. I've been trying on airmid for weeks, ringing most days and even by 8.09 all appointments gone. How can I go elsewhere to re explain current medical problem with another doctor. I'd be back at square one. My existing problem needs continued care with the same gp not passed around. How can I pay taxes ect work full time but when I'm ill I can't be seen? I'm too young to be ill but when I ring up I'm advised to go corby. Why? I live in raunds, have a gp in raunds. Service is getting worse I just want help not to be brushed off.

    Terrible appointment system. Had called about a shoulder injury. On hold for nearly 30mins just to be told there are no routine appointments left for this week. Not able to book any further in advance (told to ring again next week) and no online booking system available for this type of appointment. If pain gets worse can ring tomorrow at 8am for an acute appointment. Everyone will be ringing at 8am tomorrow!! Should be able to plan in advance for non urgent appointments

    Don’t bother registering with this surgery if you’re new to the area. You will never get an appt. Particularly with the new system the “partners” have introduced for the summer months which will no doubt stay. People are queuing up to try and get an appt for genuine illnesses to be told by unempathetic reception staff to phone tomorrow. I saw one woman come in in tears after being on hold for nearly 4 hours trying to get an appt. Doctors treat patients as an inconvenience and row with other staff in front of their patients. So unprofessional. It’s so upsetting to have an elderly relative registered here and have no care whatsoever given to her and for her to be in tears because she needs medical assistance but cannot get to a walk in centre nor does she need a hospital. Very very poor service from uncaring unprofessional staff.

    I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel this is necessary- I needed an appointment with a doctor or a nurse , for a member of my family. I spent over a week trying to get one. Each day I called at 8am and 1.30pm waited about 30mins when I could get in the queue, only to be told “try back tomorrow” as appointments were taken for that day. I would have accepted an appointment for the next day or even a couple of days after, but This Is Not possible. You can’t book an appointment further than the day you call. How is this process working ? How are people genuinely getting appointments? I have called before to try and get an appointment but end up giving up and just live with the pain. This experience has confirmed to me there’s no point being a member of this GP surgery which I have been with over 20 years.

    Tried to get appointment right on eight queue full. Went down to surgery receptionist totally disinterested and absorbed with her false eyelashes. Got appointment 12 days Head not good enough
