Called at 8:00am just before Christmas to ask for an appointment. I am not a frequent flyer at the doctors so expected a six week wait to be seen. I was told that they run a triage service and a clinician would try to call me same day. Had to give a reason why I was calling which I know some people find awkward. The GP called me the same day and offered a face to face appointment that afternoon also arranged a follow up appointment in Jan. Great service, friendly staff. Doctor I saw was very understanding cannot complain.

Phone lines were busy but used the call back option which I found very handy as saved me holding on. Was called back by on of the reception ladies and they added me to the triage call list. Their pharmacist called me back same day and dealt with my problem. Was a lovely man, very polite and professional. Felt he really listened to me. Great service would recommend.

I was in a panic this morning as my 5 year old was very unwell, the receptionist was so helpful and put me on the triage for a call back. A very lovely GP called me back and arranged a face to face appointment later that day. Thank you to all the staff involved, highly recommend this surgery.
