    I had an appointment today. I was in the empty waiting room. Patients were calling and the replies "we are fully booked today". My question is "Do they have a GP working onsite"? Or, how many of them are working? All appointments are now via telephone, if someone gets lucky to get an appointment. This is not fair and correct towards patients. A GP surgery is there to provide care. There are 4 people working at the reception. I needed to have some documents photocopied to add to my file, for my GP. I asked the receptionist. She told me she can't do it, as there are so many pages, this will take time and she can't be away from her desk (there was no one behind me). Two other ladies were just sitting and chatting when one of them could have picked the document, photocopy it. I just went there as I rejected the previous consultation 2 - 3 years ago, due to the late arrival of the nurse who was supposed to be there, after I waited 30 mins. I reported it to my GP and he agreed to me that people have been complaining. I took the appointment this time to see whether the situation has improved. I don't know whether it is a training issue. However, it would help if this surgery could be assisting patients.

    Was supposed receive a call from a Dr on the 7/12/2022 received a Test message from the Practice saying make sure your phone is on between 14:00-18:00 hrs. No one rang fuming.

    The very worst communication from this practice, I completed Two on-line consultations. The first one was totally ignored, the second one was a short text message to say my medication was at my nominated Pharmacy. I asked for a phone call, not a text message, they couldn't even do that. Rubbish, the medication that I ordered has never been sent to the nominated pharmacy. It has always been delivered by "dpd" to my work address, besides my nominated pharmacy knows nothing about the items I am now well overdue for. If the practise has changed the way, or the place they deliver this part of my prescription to, they have not even bothered to inform me. If my nominated pharmacy had this part of my prescription, why are they saying they know nothing about it.

  4. Review titled Utterly useless service

    Completely unable to get an appointment even for a basic checkup. Staff are utterly useless - requiring a phone consultation for a blood sugar checkup, which will always require a physical appointment just delays the process by weeks. Outgoing phone systems don't work, multiple times they have claimed to have called me and have not received any missed calls or voicemails.
