I had the an appointment today the second of April. I went to my appointment super as there was a queue I had decided to sit down on the chair. When the queue reduced i stand up and I wend to the reception I told them I have got an appointment I was 3:30. They have told me to sit down. I went back to ask them how long is going to they were like we can’t see you because you late. How many time I have went the and they made me wait for long time I never said anything or complained but today it was out of order. Even the manager was very rude. This ridiculous very poor and unprofessional

I was well looked after, I went to the surgery with skin rashes, and after examination, I was diagnosed with eczema. The medication prescribed has helped me a lot bring down the rashes and for that I am grateful

The doctors, nurses, and the front desk staff at the Bush Doctors were kind and professional. I suffer from depression and there kindness and professionalism at the appointment made me feel like I was on the mend. Thank you Bush Doctors

Visited the practice with my daughter. The service received was excellent. The changes that were made to make this service as it was today is much appreciated. Keep up these very high standards

I was really impressed by the service offered by Bush Doctors when I was ill with a post Covid sinus infection last week. I called at 8am and they were amazing at quickly organising an appointment for me that same day in the morning and also the following day when my symptoms showed the infection had turned bacterial and I needed antibiotics urgently. I saw a very competent and excellent Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The treatment advice/prescriptions/information she gave me on both days I saw her was very good and all helped me make a swift recovery. Thank you so much Bush Doctors for your superb service and making me well again!

From registering, they have catered to my needs, going the extra mile and showing attention to detail. Always can see a Doctor same day, if not a call from the Doctor. Very Impressive

I was delighted to be given a prompt appointment unexpected after the last three years, sadly though I was kept waiting in an enclosed room for over an hour. When I tried to communicate with receptionist she had no time for me and thought it was my place to just accept this and not ask questions. She shouted at me then accused me of shouting at her. I then was told by the dr that she even said I swore at her. I’m just amazed at such rude treatment. It’s as though we don’t matter and are treated with disdain, I had important appointment after this which I couldn’t make. But they don’t care that we humans have a life. The doctor is really good I have no complaints she always does her best to sort the medical condition. Sadly though it’s the whole system that is broken. I have to believe it’s all part of the plan because it’s so bad. I’m 73 and am used to a working service. Maybe the next generation will accept this. If not for the really good dr, I would change surgery. I’ve been with this surgery for over forty years and it’s been really great up till the last 3 years. The receptionist should not be in a job to deal with sick people if she is so rude and thoughtless. I also have an illness that stops me from sitting for long periods. Hence sat waiting for over an hour really causes me a lot of pain which lingers.

Not possible to see a doctor on the phone or otherwise or get your prescriptions from this place, it has stopped functioning. It needs to be closed.

I have found most receptionists kind and helpful. But to be honest at least one is very rude and dismissive. I have found GP’s nurses and pharmacist helpful in most cases. Been with Bush Docs for 30yrs. Things have changed and is harder to see GP, but to be fair I have always had fairly quick response from E-consult inquiry. Obviously lack of face to face isn’t ideal, but sadly I have friends and family who wait weeks for callbacks or call back appointments. I am little bit baffled as to why all surgeries are still barely doing face to face.

I can never get an appointment to see my GP, as they never seen to be available and they never call you back, even when you complain to the receptionists. They use an online system which is not fully functioning, so you cannot book an appointment online, instead you have to play appointment lotto by calling at 8.00am in the morning but the line is always engaged. If you call after 11.00am all the appointments for that day are fully booked and you are advised to call back again tomorrow morning. No, you cannot book routine appointments in advance, you can only call on the day and accept what is offered whether it is convenient or not. They have too many registered patients and not enough full-time GPS to offer adequate care.
