i have been told i am wasting his time as i was asking a question about my test results i feel when you get to a certain age they are not interested in you, why is it when you go into the surgery there is only 1 or 2 doctors there, why have all the new rooms when they are not being used. i am thinking of going to a private doctor. very unhappy with the way they treat people

Rang early in the day - waited only a couple of minutes to speak to a receptionist. Extremely polite and efficient, booked me in for an evening call with a GP who was also polite and efficient. Sorted my private referral out straight away having been let down my the NHS system. People need to think before you write anything negative, these people are under extreme pressure and are at bursting point largely due to time wasters and an inefficient NHS service.

We’ve lived in Puckeridge since Aug 2020 and have never been able to get an appointment. I have to take Thyroxine and a Statin so should be monitored 6 monthly, but have never been seen by the GP. Have however received a text message some time ago asking me if I was happy with the dose I take. I now need to arrange an appointment and blood test as not feeling as well as I should, but it is absolutely impossible to get through to the surgery. When I drop my repeat prescription in, there’s always several admin staff around in the office, so why do they not answer the phones. I’ve been trying to get through since 8.30 this morning, could hold on at that time, after 9.00 am I rang again and have been in a queue ever since. What on earth do the staff and GPs do all day in this surgery. Next stepitake will to be contacting the General Medical Council to ask why this surgery seems to have no regard for its patients.

I have used this GP Surgery for many years. As someone with a chronic health condition I rely on them in varying degrees throughout the year. Polite, efficient and helpful staff. Continued good service throughout these continuingly difficult times.

I've been using this practice for many years. Reception staff have always been polite and helpful, I'm sure they respond to being spoken to in a courteous manner. The doctors have always been top class.

We called the surgery this morning as our son has been bitten by something on his eye and it's swollen shut, the response from the surgery was to go to the chemist. We have been into the surgery twice in the past three years and there have never been more than three people waiting. I don't think the 1.25% uplift in national insurance contribution to fund the NHS is good value at all totally disgusted.
