I was referred to Tameside Hospital for an X-ray On my left knee which is extremely painful and I am having difficulty walking. The waiting time For appointment is approximately 7 weeks. I asked if I could get a referral to Steppinghill Hospital which was emailed to me and I attended Walk-in X-ray dept on Thursday 14th September and now awaiting results from Brooke Surgery. I have also recommended Brooke Surgery to family and they have registered as patients.

Extremely easy system for contacting a GP . Fabulous quick responses to any quieries I have made. After 50 years with my previous surgery I am so happy I made the switch to Brooke Surgery. Efficient, Empathetic and Approachable staff . Well done all.

Best surgery I’ve ever been with very fast response times and always listen to your concerns doctors always explain your symptoms properly, I would definitely recommend this surgery

Can always speak to someone and no waiting on the end of a telephone, you can choose how you want to be contacted and by who

Always get seen or spoken to same day. I have been seen multiple times with either children or for myself. Highly recommend them, always perfect service!

Excellent the way this practice is run. Always seem to be able to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. A lot of practices need to follow suit. Today they did not let me down again. Had to turn up at the surgery unannounced with my daughter who was really ill and they made time to see her within about 10minutes. This is not something I would have normally done but I really appreciate that they did not turn us away and saw her as quick as possible. Thank you so much.

I recently used the on line service for advice within a very short period of time I received a call back from the surgery who gave me clear and concise advise also gave me an appointment to see one of their team a hour later.I received a warm and helpful welcome from reception within minutes of arriving I was seen by a member of their medical team who had a professional and very friendly way. Thankyou

Contact procedure is very easy to use and they reply quickly. Very caring, open and easy to talk to and can go back to them if unsure of anything. Self and two other family members use this service and would recommend.

I’ve been with the surgery over 30yrs + have seen a lot of changes. But now I can’t praise them enough for excellent service from the receptionist to the clinicians and Doctors are so professional and helpful. The current system AskmyGP is so easy to use and you have a response the same day. Highly recommend The Brooke Surgery to anyone looking for a GP practice.

I have been with this surgery for around 12 months. My last surgery was a complete disaster, moving to Brooke surgery has been a breathe of fresh air. Genuinely passionate about customer service and care. Nothing to much trouble. Fantastic group of people.
