Today I attended with my teenage son who has autism to see the practice nurse for ear shringing. I was initially worried how he would be but the nurse was absolutely amazing with him and very friendly and really made him feel comfortable, she was very informative and explained each step thoughly.

I have only been a patient of this practice for a short while but I must say they provide a first class service. Staff extremely polite. Clinical care is timely and exceptional. Every query is responded to in a timely manner and nothing it ever too much. You are all a credit to the NHS keep doing what you do well!

How stupid is the appointment system. Fully booked to see a GP for 2 weeks and they can only book 2 weeks ahead! Ring us back next week. Practice should either get a new full month diary or a new computer that will allow appointment booking more than 2 weeks ahead. This is really basic stuff! It's just silly!!!

I had cause to visit the surgery yesterday feeling very unwell. From the minute I stepped in the door the service was exceptional. Staff polite,pleaaant professional and knowledgeable all the qualities you need for reassurance when you feel poorly. Thank you to you all and continue doing what you do best x

Cannot get an appointment, unless it's for an emergency. Eventually got an appointment but had to wait 2 weeks. Symptoms got worse in that time period, so I completed an online eConsult form to be assessed sooner. I rang the practice the next day as they hadn't sent a confirmation e-mail back to me. No-one had reviewed my eConsult form but I was offered a cancellation appointment for the next day. I got to my appointment 5 minutes early but then waited 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I am very disappointed & annoyed with this practice & will be looking to transfer to another one. Being a retired National Health Service professional who worked in Healthcare for over 20 years & who collaboratively worked the Clinical Commissioning Group, I would expect the practice to provide a better service.
