I absolutely would not recommend this GP surgery to anyone thinking of joining. The doctors I've seen have been consistently terrible - both in person and by telephone - and the reception staff have no customer service skills - that's if you're lucky to get through to them on the phone! Recently, I've been left with no prescription because my GP has queried the recommendation of a specialist I was referred to, despite the GP having no specialist knowledge about the issue I have. The GP also didn't even bother to tell me they'd queried anything with my specialist, leaving me with no prescription when I went to renew - absolutely no care whatsoever and no thought about the side effects I might experience without the prescription. I've also had issues with other GPs rushing through appointments and using a condescending tone when speaking. Please see the reviews on Google regarding this surgery to see I'm not alone in my bad experience. For the sake of your health - and time - please avoid this surgery.

I’ve been with this surgery for a few years and always manage to get a same day appointment for anything urgent. Children are prioritised and I’ve been able to get appointments for the baby even when calling in the afternoon which was very very useful as a new mum. GPs are really knowledgeable and actually explain what they are talking about in plain English. They are really friendly and actually listen. Receptionists also have a lot of knowledge and have always been fantastic. They are a really efficient practice providing exceptional care to patients.
