Am aware of well reported strains on GP surgeries. However, this practice is run so phenomenally well, the patients aren't made aware of those strains. Reception team do a fabulous job of knowing when an appointment is needed imminently and when it can be entirely reasonable made for a later date. All staff whether clinical or not, are polite, professional and efficient. We feel genuinely lucky to be patients at such a well run practice.

What a lovely experience it was to speak with the surgery today. Newly registered I couldn’t have asked for more. Such a kind and helpful receptionist who sorted all my queries.

Everyone, from the front desk team to GPs to nurses to dispensary team are caring, professional and compassionate. I have been with this practice for several years and the team is consistent in providing a high quality service to patients. I cannot praise the practice team highly enough.
