The service with this practice is 10/10. All of the receptionist ladies are absolutely fantastic, really friendly, helpful, so welcoming which is amazing when you're not feeling your best! The doctors also are fantastic, they ask all the needed questions in a very professional but sensitive manner so you're comfortable explaining exactly what you need.

Listened to a phone message for 20 plus mins telling me my phonecall was important- then told that they so not book appointment and that I have to phone at 8am for a same day one. I have a non urgent need and start work at 8am one hours drive from Eastbourne- terrible service

This GP surgery uses the most disconnected and difficult to use system for booking appointments. After spending hours trying to book an appointment I have up. You seem to need accounts with 3 separate systems to book an appointment!
