   why are all appointments made at sussex road without telling the patient there never seems to be any doctors at magdalen way is this surgury due to close as i was told this morning that my appointment had been made at sussex road i am disabled and in a wheelchair and was askedif i could go on the bus which i cant and i was given another one for the afternoon it really is in an awful unorganised mess which is very worrying to say the least and cant be blamed in my opinion on just covidr

   Dear Barbara Firstly, I would like to apologise for the length of time it has taken for your feedback to be responded to. I recently started at the Practice and have been taking the time to look back on previous feedback and respond. I apologise for the difficulties you had with regards to having an appointment at our branch surgery at Magdalen Way. We have at least one GP at each branch site each day, as well as other clinicians. It should be possible for you to be offered an appointment at your surgery of choice if you are booking ahead. If you are needing an urgent appointment, it may be necessary for you to travel to another site where we have an appointment available. We will do all we can to ensure you can be seen at the most appropriate place for you. Again, I am sorry for the poor experience you had. Thank you Caitlin Clarke Business Manager
