I have recently become a new patient with health conditions I’ve been suffering with a long time due to a RTA 20 months ago. I struggled to get the help from my previous doctors, and made a decision to seek help elsewhere. I then found this practice online, and decided to register with them, and soon after, I was given the help I needed very quickly and received results within a short amount of time. I had 3 different MRI scans, a brain scan, ear scan and spine scan, and from the results I have been referred to the relevant services for further tests. I feel the doctors have shown great empathy and understanding towards me and my health and well being, and I feel very grateful for this. Thank you.

Every member of the Avenue medical team are amazing. The care and positive attitude of all the staff fills me with thanks and admiration for the great job they do. I have been at this practice all my life and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are helpful, keep me calm when receiving slightly concerning news and help to ensure I stay fit and healthy...both medically and mentally. I never feel rushed when in with any of the doctors or nursing staff. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you 😊

For the second year running, The Avenue practice has delivered Flu vaccinations and mini MOT's to our residents. They go above and beyond to help and support our residents remain healthy . We look forward to continuing our partnership working bringing our community together.

I have been at this practice in one form or another since 1970. I have seen a decline in the past decade of patient care and now at the point of despair. I note that they are still taking new people on their books which amazes me as the care and appointments they offer are like finding a Wonka Golden ticket. I have had numerous txt inviting me for a flu shot but (££££) but have been trying daily /weekly since Aug to book a smear test - no appointments. Having had an abnormal one in the past I am more worried about cervical cancer than getting the flu! In the end they told me to go the the local STD clinic to get it done.

I really thing that since the old doctors left the surgery they have lost there focus on the patients and a little of the old customer care that there used to be way back when

The only time I managed to get a appointment is when my surgeon had to cancel my operation on the table in the hospital..my bloods were hypo and was advised to see the Gp the next day.i spoke to them and with hesitation they gave me the appointment.Last 3 years has been terrible trying to get a Face to Face appointment.i understand the COVID situation but people are dying because the GPS are not upholding their status as someone we can rely on.They are making a mockery of their names as a GP.people are giving up on them and just relying on over the counter medicine.Appauling
