Being a health professional, I am well aware of some of the recent disturbing practices in GP practice, mainly non-medical staff giving inappropriate medical advice and lack of appointments. With this in mind, I have personally never had anything but good things to say about my own surgery who have always been accommodating, professional, compassionate + efficient, especially when my daughter was critically unwell. I do not request an emergency appointment/ask for priority unless absolutely necessary to reduce pressures - too much of a ‘I want it now’ culture out there! Well done guys, keep up the good work!

My wife and I have been registered with this practice for over 22 years and have nothing but praise for all the staff, nurses and doctors. The treatment received has been first class.

Thank you for seeing my elderly neighbour at short notice today. The GP was very thorough giving time to an elderly person, something that is rare these days.

Nervous patient regarding blood test. Nurse was fantastic, friendly, patient and understanding. Ardleigh surgery is very lucky to have such a lovely team of nurses, thank you.

Efficient and courteous reception and the same for nursing staff, in spite of severe pressure due to staffing limitations. Treatment was prompt, effective and to modern standards.
