    Rushed home to await GP call to discuss my blood tests results of seven weeks ago. Phone Call due between 14.00hrs and 18.30hrs. No phone call was received.

    Needed to see Dr appointment arranged. While I have no complaints with Dr I need to question why the benches to sit on right outside Dr o room. The lady and her husband heard everything that was discussed with me and they were commenting on I need to go to hospital and other things. My husband was sat opposite them and heard her. This is not acceptable. Please can I make a request and suggest benches be removed for the privacy of other patients. Thank you. Once again adams practice in poole,they are excellent and really look after their patients.

    When will Adams Practice actually decide to respond to my requests for HeyPharmacist App codes and medication availability modification through Klinik? 18 days (so far) lack of action is totally unacceptable and has now resulted in a simple request escalating into my 2 80+ year old parents not having access to certain daily medication and an inability to order monthly prescriptions from the Pharmacy. The Triage system is obviously not working correctly and requests are getting deprioritized into oblivion or ignored. The Klinik system is unavailable more than it is available (office hours only, not available on Sat, Sun or Bank Holidays) with no other method of submitting emails during those ‘off’ times. A typically 35min telephone wait will inevitably get you routed back down the Klinik type triage response. This is not the first time this Carer has experienced lack of communication and very poor response to requests and therefore I conclude there must be many other Adam Patients experiencing it as well. Adams is either undermanned or staff are ‘forgetting’ tasks assigned to them. Just what is going on?

    The last 4 times I have tried to collect my repeat prescription, they've not had it in. Everytime I've had to sort this out I've gone days without my medication, having to call 111 for an emergency prescription and spending more money just because the Adams Practice can't keep track of it's on patients prescriptions. It's got to the point I'm actually stopping the medication because of how often I have to go without it, due to how useless this practice is at sorting it out. The staff don't seem like that have any care or idea in how to do their job, it's honestly atrocious. If you have the opportunity do not use this practice.

    Trying to manage the care of my two 80+ year old parents while living my own daily life is difficult if you cant establish a two-way dialogue with their Surgery via email. The Klinic on-line system is more ‘temporarily disabled’ than operational, and now we are told that it is only available during working hours despite it being accessible overnight in the past (but still shut down every weekend)! There are no alternative email addresses for communication, no way to submit pictures, blood pressures, or letters except by hand or post and they even managed to scramble both my parents Systmonline prescription issue dates. I don’t have ability to wait an average of 35 minutes for a telephone que during my working day! Elderly patients don’t normally have the eyesight, concentration or ability to understand the nuances and inflexible procedures of websites. The practice has pushed everything to on-line communication which is probably great for their Triage system but don’t give the patients the ability to achieve 2-way communication. Thankfully I myself am not at patient of the Adam Practice. What is going on here? Not a practice for the elderly or their Carers.

    Klinik form completed in detail for chronic back & leg pain, could hardly walk. No response 24hrs later so phoned waited 1hr 15min to be told by reception I had been referred for physio, how when I had not been seen and would be unable to do, asked to see GP, text recd with appt for 1wk later, pain so bad could not wait. Reluctantly I Phoned 111 who were brilliant, ensured I got appt next day. Klinik is a rubbish system, assume all have computer, phones. If you phone you don't get through or get cut off at 6pm. One day I walked in, no people waiting, so asked to see Dr, was told I had to complete form online, I asked what if I couldn't do, was told to phone and reception would do for me, I asked her to do now as I was there, nobody waiting, she refused to do. This used to be a good practice but no longer. No wonder people go to A&E to get seen and have a result. But puts overload on our great nhs.

    This was a great surgery about 5 years ago but now it extremely disappointing. Was asked to take a urine sample in and the receptionist refused to accept it as Doctor had not logged it. Also been waiting 4 months for a referral to be sent to me and 2 months for my daughter to have an appointment for injections. I am now looking for a new surgery

    Accompanied my daughter to surgery on 16/12/22. Apparently car park is now permit holders only, but first 20 mins free. Surgery attendees are expected to register at reception. I registered my daughters appt. but car registration not made clear in reception. I now have a £100 parking fine for 32 minutes parking. This is disgusting.

With regard to your feedback regarding car parking at our Surgery, parking restrictions have been in place for 10 years. This is unfortunately necessary to discourage illegal parking by people visiting the large general hospital directly opposite the Surgery. If these restrictions were not in place, our patients and staff would have difficulty parking on site. To help inform our patients and to remind them to book in their registration numbers, there are 12 notices in the car park, notices on the main doors of the Surgery, at the electronic booking in system and also on each of the GP’s doors.     Have to agree with other reviews A once great GP surgery has gone rapidly down hill. No response to e-mails extended waits on the phone for serious issues, no face to face appointments for long standing ailments despite requesting appointments. Paid for private consultations to obtain correct diagnosis
