I had my diabetes review appointment cancelled now can't get another appointment that suits me as my job allocation is done weekly and most of the time I have weekends of which is no good as they are closed then my diabetes review is well overdue and I'm having issues not the service I expect

A thorough and reassuring examination given by the doctor. The receptionists were very helpful and even rung at home to make sure I had the right date for the next appointment. Totally pleasant experience for a first visit after Covid. Thank you

My appointment was cancelled (for reasons not explained to me) by TEXT and I was asked to call the surgery for a new appointment. This took 49 minutes on hold for a 30 second conversation..... no appolgy, Etc. If this was a commercial organisation, you would take your business elsewhere...But (of course) you can't. COVID is not an excuse for poor attitude and poor service.
