   All the chairs in the waiting room are inconveniently low for people of average height or above with mobility impairments. I mentioned this to a member of staff who wasn't interested. Another patient, who overheard my comment, agreed with me. It's considered good practice, and it's not difficult, to provide a variety of seating.
