    Generally I’ve had good positive relations with this surgery. However, on this occasion I phoned the surgery to discuss some sensitive results. The telephonist was rude and lacked empathy. When they asked for my contact details they mispronounced my name and I could hear colleagues chuckling in the background. Rather frustratingly, I corrected them and I could sense down the phone that she was trying not to laugh. Outright offensive, rude and extremely unprofessional.

    I have been a patient at this surgery for a couple of years and now my baby daughter is too. The surgery are amazing. The reception team are quick to answer emails and work hard to get you an appointment when needed. The nurses and GP’s are compassionate and understanding, and you often see the same GP every time you go. I have been a patient at other surgeries where you can never get an appointment and if you do it is with a locum GP. I would most certainly recommend this surgery to others.
