I have been with this surgery for almost 30 years and have nothing but praise for the care I have received over those years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment in the appropriate time for any health concern. The doctor I had who has since retired was fantastic and now I am with her replacement doctor who again is friendly, easy to talk to and very thorough and professional with her care. The receptionists are also very helpful when you have to speak with them. First class service, no complaints from me or my family.

I moved house and was told my new address postcode was out of the area. So I moved to a new GP and keen to get settled into the new surgery at Ashley Centre. They claim they have still not had my medical records. I require regular Cd medications monthly. My new Gp has not been able to do me a prescription for controlled drugs but did do the duloxetine. There also was trouble with the progesterone prescription . she didn't know quantity.... I am experiencing many difficulties in life at the moment.

Shout out to Tattenham Corner health centre… Tuesday my doctor called me at 7.30pm (I had called at 4.30 on the off chance of an appointment but they didn’t have one). Her call meant I didn’t have to go to a and e. She gave me painkillers that evening and advice and a blood test at 9am the next day! Then rang the results through to me this morning (Friday). I’m on the mend for sure, with follow up tests booked to confirm all is well. Amazing service from a receptionist and then a doctor. Hope someone who works there reads this and tells them! I have thanked the doctor but don’t know who the other lady was…

The staff seem very intent on doing their job well! Reception is busy and sometimes hard to reach by phone but the email system seems to make up for this! In the 2 years r so I have been with this surgery I have been seen by 3 doctors all have been caring, diligent, and have a good manner and do not rush. Being diagnosed with Cancer this year I am glad for any support. I cannot say any bad words about the surgery so far please keep it up! Thank you

The practice Doctors nurses and staff are very caring, professional and highly diligent. The Dr which we deal with has an excellent manner and always makes you feel you are in very dedicated and professional hands. We as a family have been so impressed with the practice and the follow up which the Doctors do alongside her team at the practice they have handled us all with their complete attention to care. I frequently hear of negative reports but I have to say we should celebrate positive feedback as the NHS and in particular this practice are very attentive and dedicated to their patients’ needs. I know how busy GPS are. I sent in an urgent request to speak to a GP. My GP rang within the hour and was so kind and listened. She quickly organised an urgent prescription and I felt so much better. Wonderful practice !

My wife and I have frequently had to deal with rude and unhelpful receptionists The priority of this practice seems to be the easiest options for staff, rather than putting patient care first. I was referred for an x-ray prior to a GP deciding on treatment, likely to be physiotherapy. I discovered, a week after its receipt by the practice, that my x-ray result had simply been filed and no further action taken. Meantime I have continued to suffer significant discomfort and loss of sleep. Keeping active is necessary as part of the treatment of another illness but activity has been constrained by non-treatment of my back pain - simply ridiculous!! Given that I have been, over the years, an infrequent user of the practice; it is very disappointing not to receive good treatment when the services of the practice are needed.
