I sadly have needed to use my GP recently for a few things and despite all you read in media they have been very easy to get hold of through Ask My GP, have always responded in a timely way, arranged face to face if needed or dealt with me remotely if they could. I feel they all care about what they do and work so hard. I feel very pleased that they are my practice. They were the same with my late Grandma.
