If you’re busy and working only offer monthly prescriptions making it impractical to continue to pick up regular medication. Recently moved and sorry I did now as this wasn’t clear and will need to move again as I can’t pick up medication monthly.

The whole Practice is run well. Dispensary on site which is really useful. All staff receptionists, management, doctors and nurses are helpful and very appropriate. Keep up the great work !!

Once again, prescription not ready despite being ordered 2 weeks ago. “Just pop back in a couple of hours” ?! Easier said than done when I work full time. “Send someone else to get it”. literally every time I come in I’m told how busy you are. Please recruit more staff…
