Totally rubbish receptionist. I called them 8 o clock and after 10 minutes she answered and told me we are fully booked even i told her my son just 6 years old and have high fever.she said i can book you after a week. What the hell. They never give appointment on tume even a phone call. They keep saying go to tipton when im in Wednesbury what the hell you doing here then. Totally annoying and disgusting surgery i ever seen. They always fully booked but if you go there non of a patients will be there. They always laughing and having tea there like a party idiots ridiculous service. I wish these all doctors and receptionist will get fired. Tame Valley medical centre Wednesbury is Totally rubbish rubbish and rubbish full of rubbish staff

What can I say been with this GP for the past 3 years now and the reception the doctors have helped me each time I’ve had some bad times and the reception has always helped me I will recommend this surgery to everyone lady’s on front desk are always helpful and giving me advice if doctor can’t help me so thank you once again

I left my old practice amid a health scare I was having. Moved to Tame Valley on the recommendation of a friend and oh my! They are amazing, what a breath of fresh air, never waiting long on the phone to speak to a receptionist, who are always lovely and never judgemental or unwilling to help! Always have an appointment booked that is in only a few days, never weeks like my old practice. The doctors here are amazing and have done everything they can to support me and put my mind at ease and have helped me get a diagnosis that I know many people have waited years to get! Being a young female they have done everything to reassure me and I couldn’t be happier here. If anyone is considering moving here, I really couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

It is always great to receive positive feedback and an acknowledgment of all the hard work the practice does behind the scenes. Understandably patients are more likely to put a comment up when they are not happy with the practice, however for you to go out of your way and post a positive comment is very welcome and has put a smile on the faces of staff. Not only can you not ring for appointment you also can’t get a consultation one as they shut it down so it was shut down Wednesday/Thursday and won’t be open till Monday then it will take two days for them to get in touch with you it is no wonder A&E is stretch and people are waiting 17/18 hours they can’t just shut down the practice needs to take on less patients Or take more doctors on

My daughter has a complex medical history and over the last few years that she and us as a family have been registered at this surgery, they have been nothing but supportive, helpful and always ready to assist. Being so complex, health and medication can often change quickly but they take everything in their stride and I leave feeling reassured. The complete team have always been so helpful and understanding. I can not thank them enough.

My parents have recently moved to Crankhall lane medical centre, this surgery was recommended to me by my nurse colleague. Since my parents have moved to this surgery I must say I am very impressed with the care, compassion and excellent communication received from all staff; from the medical secretary, to the receptionist and practise nurse. Also Dr A is very caring and has been very supportive, he takes time to explain and shows willingness to listen and discuss.
