When telephoning the surgery it says book an appointment on line. So as to save your staff time I tried to book an appointment online. I want a blood PSA test. The option to book an appointment is a telephone call. Please can you tell me how the doctor will take the PSA blood sample via a telephone call. Please send me the details how. Many thanks.

so go to my Doctors practice in Liss which is with swan medical group to find out that they have given me a new doctor within same group but expect me to drive to Petersfield to see my new Doctor because not been to Liss surgery for 4 years they ship me out to the outer regions of there practice and did not tell me so much for me to see a local doctor when I am registered as disabled especially after my wife died in 2020 not happy at all

Access to this GP surgery via the app is reduced once again. Not only is it difficult to get a face-to-face appointment, but the ability to book an appointment online within the next 16 weeks has also been removed. Before, it was an almost pointless service, and now it has no relevance. We are now forced to join the daily telephone queue lottery. Additionally, I have noticed that GPs have failed to call when promised. You wait all day, and then nothing. You are left alone to worry and wait, with your anxiety spiking.

im pleased to read bad reviews..swann reception team petersfield are annoying and obstrutive where previously they were all brilliant at different surgeries.... Andy.Bsc.mecheng.1979Soton...cancer13years..(24 hour carer for my mother 96 cant walk)..............................................
