the service I have received from all the staff at Swan medical group over the last couple of weeks has been excellent. I was able to easily book an appointment in for my poorly daughter and having the multiple sites has meant we have been seen extremely promptly. Special mention to the nurse who took the time to check all my daughters symptoms thoroughly and was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me the reassurance that I had done all the right things and making the appointment was the right thing to do. My daughter does not like taking oral liquid antibiotics and she was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to ensure she went away with the correct dosage for her age. I have recently moved to the village and am very impressed with the care received

One reads how difficult it is to see your GP. I rang reception this morning and the Doctor rang me 10 minutes later and saw me this afternoon. This is the first time that I have commented but not the first time that my wife and I have had excellent service.

Newly moved to the practice, the quality of care from front of house through to clinicians has been first rate. I had a major life event recently and the whole team have been responsive, supportive, clinically astute and accessible. Nothing at all I could ask for more of in terms of clinician outputs. As a multi site group, I worried I’d have a poor experience (based on my own prior experience) but I was wrong. Felt like I was with ‘my’ surgery, and ‘my’ GP, even as a new patient. Thank you so much to all the team, and especially those who’ve cared for me directly.

We have just returned from an appointment at the Liphook surgery, our first visit to this lovely friendly surgery. Unfortunately Petersfield were unable to give us an appointment but the staff at Liphook couldn’t have been more helpful and we are very grateful for the care and consideration shown to us.
