    I had a bit of an issue with ordering a repeat prescription. To be honest the digital process around exception handling needs a bit more work and not end (for the customer) in a 'black hole'. However, having had a couple of attempts, the practice did take the trouble to call me to understand the issue and then resolved it effectively.. So all's well that ends well, but the root cause is still there.....

    Dear Vesey Practice, I have been a patient of the practice for over 35 years but finding contacting the surgery more difficult each time I try, on 18th July 2023 I waited on the telephone for 50 minutes without an answer and again today 19th July for 50 minutes, this isn't the Vesey Practice of the past years and may I recommend that the telephone system be changed back to when you knew what number you were in the queue or you could receive a call back. I've even looked on your website and cannot book an appointment for the nurse so could you please review that also. Many Thanks.

    At 8:00am, I visited the practice to book an appointment. I received both a Doctor’s call and a blood test before 10:00am on the same day. Really excellent service.

    I rang 101 times today. Did not even get in a queue. The call juat kept saying call ended. Messaged to ask for 7 day sick note as due to my work cant work with flu aymptoma with vulnerable patients. Reply was book an appt. So now have to go to work as already had a week off and risk passing my bug to others. It is always the same. Even when i have a smear or blood teat its always at a surgery 4 mikes away but gp appts are impossible. Shocking way to treat people. Then i has a text to say i missed a call back from admin team when no one had foned me. It said ring back and i did immediately to be told it was closed at 5pm. I work in a gp practice myself ans it is nothing like this. Have all the gps left?

    I regularly need to book a psa blood test. Telephoning today I expected a long wait but today but a pre-recorded message that a lot of staff were off sick preceeded the blunt 'I am sorry we are unable to answer.....' The website was equally unhelpful. This is non urgent & only needs a nurse. Can this not be requested online somehow and be answered when staff are available?

    Receptionist was generally rude and unhelpful. She was the same with the gentlemen in line in front of me too. I was told by Vesey practice over the phone that I would be able to collect my medical records if I go in to the surgery, only to be told once I left work to got there they couldn’t. Overall bad attitude and was revelling in being unhelpful it seemed.
