I received a response saying my previous review could not be accepted surprise surprise! the telephone system for making appointments is appalling

Review titled Not able to take card payments for prescriptions

The Surgeries both here and Long Sutton are excellent however the pharmacies at both practices are both in the dark ages when it comes to payment. Neither take card payments, so if you have multiple items you need to take a large quantity of cash. In the modern world a vast majority of people no longer carry cash and with the cost of prescriptions this is an unacceptable risk. When the smallest of businesses now able to take card payments this needs to be addressed within the Suttons Medical Group urgently.
