I went to the surgery to see the physiotherapist, as I had a lot of pain in my neck. I was very impressed with how she assessed my condition, and how thoroughly she checked the movement and pain in my shoulders, neck and back. She also checked in my records to assess my overall health. At the end of the appointment she emailed a comprehensive list articles to read, exercises and videos. Overall, very pleased!

The doctor was excellent throughout the process of a prognosis information and advice on what to do and the cause of action plan . Send me an email for various links and if I needed help down the line just to get back to her. She made the patient feel at ease straight away.

The MSK specialist is extremely knowledgeable and patient.Explained everything that she noticed,and what it meant to me.Showed and explained everything she needed me to do.When I showed residence or pain she stopped. She gave me a lot of information and encouragement all along the way.Culminating in a detailed information email for exercises and experiences.

This is the second time that I see the same physiotherapist at Suthergrey House. She is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to understand the problem and advise on therapy / preventive actions. She followed up with a lot of information about my injury and several sets of exercises to improve recovery. She is very professional, friendly and kind, a real asset to the practice.

The GP’s physio was really attentive and clearly explained the result of my recent pelvis X-ray, advising on the options for treatment and exercise, and the associated potential outcomes. We discussed the progress in the mobility exercises that she had previously given to me and general health matters, all of which gave me some assurance that the course of action which I had settled on was the best option at present. She gave me further exercise info and an open appointment to contact her if needed over the next few months. All together a useful, positive and calming consultation !

An amazing experience with a highly skilled practitioner. She knew all about my various health issues in advance, provided expert diagnosis and appropriate remedies, all with great enthusiasm and empathy. She is a most remarkable health professional!

My condition was thoroughly assessed and treatment programme suggested. Physio was very careful to listen to what had happened and was very helpful in her holistic approach to how I can heal from the injury.
