  1. Review titled Worst GP ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

I cannot express how deeply regrettable my experience has been with this GP practice in Gillingham, making it unmistakably the worst healthcare experience I have ever endured. As a diabetic patient, managing and maintaining my health should be straightforward with the support of my local GP. However, this practice has failed me and my family at every turn. Firstly, the sheer inability to secure repeat medication for a condition as serious as diabetes is not only frustrating but downright dangerous. My health has been compromised due to this lack of basic care. Moreover, the repeated cancellation of my appointments without prompt rescheduling has left me in a prolonged state of uncertainty and without the necessary medical oversight. The challenges do not end with me. My wife, who is 7 months pregnant, experienced a serious health scare and received no support from this practice. For two weeks, she battled illness without the ability to see a healthcare professional, as not a single appointment was available to her. Though she has started feeling better, the lack of care and attention from this GP practice during such a critical time is unforgivable. The inability to book an appointment is not just a minor inconvenience; it is a systemic failure that puts patients' well-being at risk. This practice’s operational inadequacies have made it impossible to depend on them for even the most basic medical needs. We regret having ever signed up with this GP, a decision that has brought undue stress and health concerns into our lives. This practice’s disregard for patient care, especially for those of us with chronic conditions and those in vulnerable states, like pregnancy, is appalling. This GP practice in Gillingham is a dire example of how not to run a healthcare facility, and I can only hope that significant improvements are made to protect current and future patients.
