Called with extreme dizziness and white noise, receptionist was sarcastic rude unprofessional, I got nowhere. NHS needs to be scrapped. Can’t type more as I’m unwell, but had to write something

The lady was friendly and very helpful and was very open and clear as sometimes the information can be confusing but hats off for the young simavia who was great and most of all friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your kindness and warm smile.

Becoming so disappointed with this Surgery of late!! Requested repeat prescription 25/01/2024. As of 05/02/2024 (7 days later) telephone call not received from Pharmacy to collect. Contacted Pharmacy and was told request not received from Doctor's Surgery. Subsequently contacted Surgery (16 mins later on telephone) to be told Doctor had not signed off for release to Pharmacy but that it had NoW been sent to Doctor to be signed off. I explained that I now had only one day's worth of medication left and asked that the request to the Doctor/Pharmacy be expedited....Receptionist repeated that request was with Doctor and she would pass message on....no apology offered but instead an absolute "don't care" attitude was displayed, however!! Absolutely shocking display of "care" after 40 years with this Surgery which has steadily gone downhill in the last 10 -15 years. Is this an indication of the gradual "death knell" of our beloved NHS?

Calling to make an appointment early morning from 8:30am the phone line automatically disconnected and keep repeating busy and back to keep in holding and disconnected again and again these things happen over 7yrs and nothing change finally after 8:50 connected and says you position in the queue is 30 worst surgery and very stressful and depressing GP

I contacted the surgery yesterday as my husband is unwell and unfortunately, due to his condition, he is unable to attend the surgery himself. The response from them was immediate and very helpful. One of the doctors visited us today and was so kind and professional. I am very impressed with the Sundon Medical Centre.
