The doctors in this surgery are amazing, the reception staff are the most difficult, unhelpful and rude people I have ever dealt with. They cannot wait to get you off the phone (if you can ever get through). But face to face they are worse. You don’t even get the privilege of them looking at you when talking let alone a ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ The reception staff used to be brilliant! So helpful and kind, I don’t know why the current staff work there as they clearly hate their jobs.

This used to be a great gp surgery. The young lady that used to work on reception was always happy, smiley and very helpful. We could always get an appointment, it was great. Now it's virtually impossible to get through, the receptionists are rude,antagonising and speak over you and you can never get to see anyone. My daughter has an ear infection and needs to see a doctor. We did actually get an appointment, but unfortunately the appointment is in Gravesend at 16:40 (fantastic time to travel there). Tried to question this by telephone but the phone cuts off without ringing so had to leave my daughter at home and go round there. Only to be met with an incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist and not a single patient waiting in reception I might add. So much for being too full to see anyone. What's the point of having a local doctor's surgery if you have to travel miles to a different one to see someone. Awful surgery, awful service, awful receptionist and I would not recommend them at all

Phoned, as directed no the website. Advised call will be answered shortly and left holding on, in complete silence, for several minutes. Tried several times to call.

Have tried repeatedly to get an appt. to see GP but to no avail. Spent several mornings hanging on 'phone and eventually got through today to be told to arrange (consultation?) online. Also told online booking system is currently down! The service provided by this practice falls well below acceptable standards and is currently unfit for purpose. Will investigate switching to another GP practice.
