    I have been trying to contact this practice for the last 4 weeks regarding a follow up appointment, I have now actually spoken to a receptionist on both two days and have been told there are no appointments available this week and then the GP is off for 2 weeks so have been advised to call back in 3 weeks time!! to try and gain this appointment, this will then be another 3 weeks on top of the time I have already spent trying to gain this appointment, to be quite frank the appointment system this surgery uses is archaic one can never get through and then when you do you are told there are no appointments, if this system was put on-line it would save time trouble and the receptionist having to field these calls daily, the reviews for this practice are quite bad so I would have thought these should be taken into account to try and resolve them, but this is not the case. I have now given up trying to get this follow up appointment due to the inefficiency of this practice.

    I telephoned for a double evening appointment, to be offered a 9.30am appointment! No appointmnets at the surgery in the forseeable future. I need a referral and an examnination. Looks like this is not going to happen.

    I am 92 years of age and suffer from severe pain. I limit my contact to avoid using up too much of my GP's time.The Summercroft Surgery is always very helpful. I had an oppointment with a Locum yesterday who went beyond the call of duty. I had a long list of questions which she addressed in simple language and also in detail. I was with her for considerably longer than my alloted time. I would ask all those that complain reflect before doing so. The Summercroft Surgery from my experience do there best under difficult conditions.

    I had a few medical issues that needed addressing and had been hesitant to make contact with the surgery with all the recent demands on the NHS and media information. I couldn't have received a better response. The person handling my call was efficient pleasant and made arrangements for all of the queries and appointments that I requested, including making a face to face appointment with a doctor for a non urgent matter. Thank you for this mornings very positive call.

    Phone call to reception, where I was very polite, questioning how long prescriptions are taking, hopefully it was a mistake but I was hung up on. Previously had 2 phone appointments about the same problem which was never seen, photo taken. Nothing has been dealt with still in pain. Nothing is ever followed through, never speak to the same doctor

    rang the surgery with my problem, an appointment was given to me to see a doctor within 3 hours. So nice to see a doctor face to face. I was treated with great consideration, and given treatment thankyou so very much
