From my personal experience, it is a bit difficult to make an appointment, but after making an appointment, they are very kind, explain things well, and help a lot. So I like it so much.

Always a pleasure to speak to someone at the gp surgery especially the Dr, receptionist and pharmacy always happy to help and to get things resolved as quick as they can.

Whenever I ring for an appointment I always, manage to either speak to someone or see someone. All staff are so friendly and helpful. No matter who you see they always make you feel at ease and have time for you to discuss any problems. I've been a patient here for a long time now and I would honestly never go anywhere else. Am amazing team led by an amazing GP. From reception to nurses and doctors I really can't fault the treatment I receive on every visit.

Staff were friendly. My questions were answered appropriately and I received the care I needed. I will definitely recommend this Gp practice.

I moved to this surgery a few years back now and it was the best thing I ever did, I moved all my family there, I can always get an appointment yes it’s gone a bit different since covid however i still request a face to face and seem to get one. They do sometimes take a while to answer the phone but which doctors don’t. The staff are lovely. Best move I made.

The service and support has been very helpful. The surgery is very prompt and sufficient with handling any health issues regarding myself of family members. Very well organised and responsive in a timely manner to aid with medical care and needs.

Always manage to get in contact and any medical issues I have are always dealt with. Receptionist and pharmacist at this practice is so helpful and understanding

The receptionist is lovely and always gets you an appointment , always makes sure the children are seen which is really important to me.

When calling the Surgery, it would be nice if the receptionists would listen to what you have to say before they cut you off. This happens very regularly and then things get confusing. Today, I had barely explained why I called before I was cut off. Then when I said I needed a blood test done, I was told I didn't mention it. I stated I didn't get round to finishing my sentence before they started talking. We as patients would just like for them to listen first before cutting us off, that's all.

Me and my husband have been at this surgery for a few years now. The receptionist is lovely and always goes above and beyond to try to help where ever she can. She even remembers everybody’s name which gives you a sense that she really cares. I’m really happy with the new doctors at the surgery they seem really kind and alway do a thorough check. The communication between the doctors and pharmacists is also brilliant. Due to the great service received we have also moved our children to this surgery. Thank you
