My visit to see the GP was initiated by the Stubbington Medical Practice via an SMS message, totally out of the blue. The face to face consultation was thorough and in the end resulted in the doctor saying he would contact the hospital and arrange a CT scan, this he did via a specialist team for a triage to ensure a CT scan was appropriate, they phoned me two days after my GP appointment and my scan was four days after that. I am very impressed by the speed of responses even though I don't know what the outcome is yet. Thank you NHS.

Recently I had to have a blood test and the member of staff could not have been kinder or more considerate. Appointment was on time so no real waiting.

The doctor was excellent, gave me time and showed great interest in my condition which ended with a long awaited diagnosis. The stand-in medical student looked after me well and showed interest with many questions, I was happy for him to be there.

The surgery is laid out very efficiently. Signing in is simple. I waited a very short time before seeing a nurse who took my blood very quickly, efficiently and was very informative about when to expect results.

Everyone including the staff at the desk are very understanding. A Nurse did my blood samples on the 2nd of January and even sorted out medication for another issue that I was dealing with. Excellent! Thank you for looking after me. 🙂.

The Practice has served me well in recent months. I received good care in my most recent visit to the nurse. She was friendly and understanding. I do like the e consult system and favour it to using the phone, I find it easier to explain symptoms this but I have to admit a consultation over the phone is not perfer over a one to one meeting.

Excellent experience with dedicated staff always friendly and helpful and doctors very thorough kind and patient my experience this week put my mind at rest with a heart problem but the doctor is continuing with other tests very thorough

I feel some training is needed on giving vaccinations. The Shingles jab was just quickly jabbed into my upper arm causing a lot of pain. I usually have no problems or acute pain. I should have had the jab administered slowly with more thought as to where it was going. Our local Pharmacists are so much better at administering inoculations. The solution should not be used straight from a fridge. My arm is still very painful over 24vhours later.

I have discussed your concerns with the lead nurse and she has advised me that although it is preferable to have the injection out of the fridge prior to an appointment it does not always happen.
