Very grateful for the ongoing support and advice from staff for both myself and the family. The nurse gives me the time needed to ask questions as well as giving sound advice.

Dr reviewed my chemotherapy meds and how they effected my daily life She also listened to my experience of what happened when my husband died .Dr was compassionate and kind .

I was just pleased with my appointment, the doctor gave me an examination and suggested two tests, rather than your bloods look okay, off you go

The GP I had seen on my visit was very helpful , understanding and listened to my concern and enquiries . Explained thoroughly the benefits of the medication offered . She also explained there were other options to also consider if the medication did not agree with me . I felt very reassured and pleased with the outcome .

I was seen very close to my appointment time and the doctor listened to my explanation of what was the problem was. He acted immediately to set up everything that was required and I left the building feeling very happy at the outcome.

I went for a blood test for my PSA and the nurse offered a cholesterol test too. The results appeared the next day and both satisfactory. Painless taking of the blood sample too!

Although the practise was extremely busy, I was did not feel that my treatment was hurried in any way, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and cheerful. Left the Surgery after 30 minutes, feeling very satisfied and another appointment made. Well done.

Message from surgery to book flu/covid jabs. Booking online was easy with plenty of date and time choices. On day registration and treatment was excellent less than 5 mins from entry to leaving. All staff very professional 👏
