    On the few times I have actually managed to get a face to face app with the doctor the waiting room is empty maybe 1 other person waiting. This practice is open 8am to 18:30pm and yet you can never get a late appointment let alone an appointment for that week. They try and push you for phone consultations or fill out a form online. This actually baffles me as the waiting room is always empty. Is everything being pushed to online and phone consultation?!

    We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the service provided. It is very surprising that you found it difficult to book an appointment. We regularly review the availability and provide additional capacity to ensure that we always have appointments the same week if not within a few days. The practice offers both face to face and telephone consultations. This is complimented by online consultations to provide a flexible service and meet the needs of all our patients. Initial consultations via telephone and online will be followed up the same day with a face to face assessment if clinically necessary. In addition to this we offer late evening appointments on Tuesdays 6.30pm-7.30pm. Stroud Practice is also part of Walsall West One Primary Care Network and patients registered with the practice can also benefit from the Enhanced GP Assess Service weekdays 6.30pm-8.00pm and weekends 9.00am-5.00pm.
