Review titled Avoid this surgery
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 February 2023
Takes a week of phoning to get through. Snotty receptionist responds with robotic answers; they say go to A&E for non-emergencies, who in turn tell you to go see your GP. They keep saying use the app- which they don't respond to and fail to issue prescriptions leading to missed medication.

Review titled Awful Practice

When is this surgery in Stretton going to get a grip and start to serve its community, you can't get an appointment for love or money, the surgery phone is always engaged, the surgery only operates for 50% of the day, the surgery admin staff, or what's left of them, are arrogant, obnoxious & rude, the doctors, well where are they, not seen one in years, the only time they want to deal with you is on a telephone call back, seriously, I live in Stretton, not Branston, so why do they try to send you there, I know the NHS is hard pressed, but this Surgery has been abysmal for a few years now, not just for me, but for thousands of others within the community of Stretton and beyond, its a joke, they need to get a grip and start serving the community and not serve themselves on they're own abysmal and part-time timetables, jokers...
