   My husband rang to get appointment yesterday was given a telephone appointment, Doctor just didn’t bother calling.

   Tried for three days to get a phone call appointment for my daughter who suffers with mental health have been told to take her to walk in centre explained I can’t get my daughter out the house because of her mental health this is why I’ve asked for telephone appointment. Went to surgery at 7:30am to queue to get a telephone appointment I was fourth and told no appointments left. Absolutely disgusting service!!!
