Avoid this practice, took my son for an emergency appointment to wait 50 minutes and then be shouted at by the doctor and spoken too like rubbish. She didn’t listen and was extremely rude.

No flu jabs on weekends But I still get a message saying support your local practice? Forced to go elsewhere as I shouldn’t have to take time off work for a jab Also unable to have nhs Covid jabs done for some reason? It Would of been nice to support my local practice turning up on a Saturday morning and have a Covid/ flu jab done at the same time like other practices

I have been a patient with this practice since birth and they have been gradually getting worse. Since COVID its been a joke. I had blood tests and was told to make a follow up appointment. I assume I was sent the message as some sort of joke or test. I called and was told that the appointments that week had been embargoed and to call back Monday. I called again today. Phones put on 7 minutes late and then when I got through was told only booking two weeks in advance and can I call back Wednesday. What an absolute joke. Worst surgery ever

Dear Patient. We are sorry there was a delay getting through to the surgery, and the issues you experienced booking an appointment. Routine appointments are released no more than 2 weeks in advance and the current system we follow for booking appointments has worked well in the past, however it is important we regularly review our system to ensure it is still meeting the needs of our patients. We value constructive feedback from our patients as it helps us to develop and grow as a practice. Please contact the Deputy Practice Manager should you wish to discuss this further.

i have always found this practice to be very helpful, if you have an emergency they always get you in on the same day, no problem getting to see a DR.
