The woman on the reception had such a poor attitude, very condescending tone and an overall disrespectful approach speaking over you repeating the same over and over. I believe this a very deterring welcoming into any practice. The fact that a person like that is the first point of contact of the surgery is appalling and rather concerning specially for business.

Over the years stifford Clays health centre provided excellent care for both my grandparents whom I was main carer for both. They were amazing throughout my recent (and extremely difficult) pregnancy. But this morning they really have topped exceptional. Called for an appointment on behalf of my husband at 0830, seen by a very nice GP at 0900 who was kind and thorough in his history taking and examination. We took his advice, collected the prescription and was back home by 0930!!! Amazing!! Cannot thank this surgery enough; not only for today but several years of excellent care. Far too many complainers who have warped expectations of the NHS.

Not a moan just a suggestion, why don’t you offer a call back system so people don’t have to wait in a queue, people often don’t bother to wait to get treatment because of the frustration of waiting on the phone!

I have been quite a regular visitor over the last year and half after having a heart attack, and some other problems. My experience when contacting the surgery has been with kindness and helpfulness from all members of staff, doctors, nurses and receptionist. I am pleased to be with this surgery. Thank you all so much.

The service this surgery has given in regards to my dad has been superb. The drs and nurse specifically have gone above and beyond and over their time to ensure my dad has received the medical help amd treatment, following it up with hospitals themselves. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and the position to which they have now helped my dad. Unfortunately times have been hard on everyone and the receptionists can only do as much as the appointment system will allow them too.. baring in mind there are a handful of drs and thousands of patients it is common sense that you will not always get an appointment on the day. Rudeness for them is not necessary.

Everyone speaks bad of their doctors but i can honestly say ive always been treated and seen within a very quick time and always found the gp,s and staff brilliant thankyou stifford clays medical centre
