I have just called to seek advice regardingmy aunty who had hurt herself falling. One of the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She shown me great kindness and warm and related to my needs. What an outstanding service.

I just want to say a huge thank you for such wonderful, caring doctors and staff at this practice. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful surgery. In the past I have been with 3 different surgeries throughout my life and boy am I grateful to be with Stickney Surgery. I have always been dealt with care, understanding and professionalism. Well done to all.

nurse syringed my husbands ears he has parkinsons and was feeling unwell she looked after him so well and was very kind, excellent and no more shouting at each other. thank you

I moved here in 2017 and my family has been well looked after. Doctors took the time and trouble to get a diagnosis of a rare but very painful condition. They could have palmed me off with pain killers but they persevered and got me fixed. My quality of life at home and at work, both physically and mentally is massively improved and for this I am eternally grateful. I have found the Receptionists to be always friendly and helpful and great at reminders for reviews.

I have been to the practise only a few times since moving here in 2020. I find the staff and doctors very caring, understanding and really lovely people. It's a good feeling when being in there. I think it is the best surgery we have been to.

Today I received a text message requesting me to complete a survey about the service I received from my recent visit to the Surgery. I was unable to access the survey, so would like to comment here. I visited the surgery for a routine blood test, as usual all was done in a most professional manner, the set up at the surgery is really good and I felt safe, the person that took my blood was kind, pleasant and most reassuring. I feel that we in Sibsey and surrounding areas are lucky to have such an excellent practice.
