Having just registered with this practice moving from sydenham. I have to say I am seriously impressed. So far everyone I have met (quite a few of you) have been professional, kind and very caring. The doctors really listened to my concerns. I got an emergency telephone appointment on the day and was offered an alternative face to face appointment elsewhere if needed. I am so pleased with this experience overall. Keep up the great work. And Thank you

I have been a patient at Sternhall lane GP surgery for a few years now and have only had positive experiences. They are always quick to respond and friendly and informative. I have been treated by a number of clinicians and have had a great experience with all of them, both Doctors and Nurses. I have had especially good care for my son with exceptional responses and care.
