I had a stomach pain and I was given the best care.I was later referred to Russell hospital Where I also had the best care

I attended the practice today for a regular health screening. Both of the members of staff who carried out the screening were absolutely delightful. I was made to feel very cared for and listened to. It was not a comfortable experience but I was really well looked after, encouraged and supported. Who knew it was possible to giggle so much!

The doctors and staff are fine, but the practice is not fit for purpose. The problem is getting through to make an appointment. The system is broken, you can ring everyday and still not get a appointment.

Recently we have changed our system, not sure if you have tried to book an appointment recently but most days we still have appointments left and the phones have stopped ringing. We have more staff answering phones on a morning and more appointments available.If you would like to discuss this further please call the practice.

What is it with this practise you are literally forced to join a 8am scramble to be told at 8:02 that all appointments are gone for the day how is that even possible in two actual minutes how have you actually filled a days worth of appointments ? Even if you want test results have to join this farce can not make any pre booked appointments at all why ? The staff are rude very very rude and completely dismissive how long are we supposed to keep calling back for to make it worse I keep being sent a letter to go for a routine smear test !!! Just book an appointment at my convenience the letter states yeah right will have cervical cancer and die before get appointment for that thanks so much steppingstones your making nhs worse forcing people to Russell’s hall people do have actual jobs and lives and can not sit about all day waiting to ring drs thanks

The practice has a policy of no upfront appointments. I was directed by 111 to call them back as an appointment with them would be possible as it's a duty of care. I was told by the GP they have no appointments for the day. Not before having a 3 hour queue for that news. To only be recommended to be sent to the walk in centre. I am sure without doubt this is not a one off experience, people should raise their concerns more about this place.

I like the gp's at this surgery they are normally very helpful the problem is getting to see them as there are never any apointment. The receptionists can be very rude at time and never pick up the phone. I made a phone call to them after waiting for 45mints with the message that my phone will be answered next i decided to drive down to the surgery and they where just chatting away with no one waiting and my call was still on hold... when you get though there are no apointment and pre bookable ones are 5 to 6 weeks away.

Advised to book appointment with GP following blood results only to be told that I cannot book in advance and would have to call at 0800. No support given even after explaining I am a nurse and work long hours therefore unable to call on the day. No alternatives or options given, all they could say was "I don't know" when asked how I was going to resolve this and see my GP. Complete failure to support people in need.

Tried again to get an appointment to speak to a doctor surgery opens at 8am at 3 mins past 8 message to say no more appointments this is a disgrace I held on and receptionist said no more appointments sorry I explained doctor asked me to call to discuss my results from hospital she replied only a routine appointment sorry none available this surgery is pathetic I am seriously looking to get out of this doctors absolute rubbish

I rang to make an appointment due to a lump developing on the side of my left eye. I saw a practical assistant who was informed by a GP to take a picture of it..& given ointment via a photo . On Saturday I waited 7 hours in A&E & the Dr informed me that the GP was incompetent to do that & should have referred me to a dermatologist. Also, i needed my blood results & the receptionist said your bloods are ok aswell as your allergies but the Ige is higher not sure why. You need to make an appointment to see the Dr to explain it to you. Since Monday 27th June I've been trying to see a Dr face to face but no spots available. I call everyday with no outcome & I'm not registered online via the surgery to use the online service..the GP surgery is appalling & the receptionist are rude, unhelpful & nosy. I sometimes feel they make the decision about patients whether to give them appointments or not. The practice manager is never available if you want to make a complaint. Everytime I call I'm always being told that we're a busy surgery. I doubt that because most of the times you never answer the phones or feel with patients who come into the surgery. One time this surgery was good but now it's appalling with the receptionist & GP's who usher you out & will only give you 5mins to discuss your ailments. As a tax payer & someone who pays for their prescriptions & given irrelevant medication to my ailment it's disgusting that your putting patients lives @ risk.

Staff always helpful, very busy practice but always willing to help. Nurses and doctors always friendly when having an appointment. Please be kind to reception staff.
