   Always received high level of healthcare. Joined in 2010 & have used it numerous times for myself & my family. Reception staff have always been patient & efficient. Despite being quite busy. Other staff all professional & considering pressures on them!

   No time for patients, just fob you off, never call you back, just want you to go AE !!!! Do they actually know how busy AE actually is..... not impressed
