   i attended apppointment with doctor at stapenhill surgery complaining of pain in chest doctor immediately arranged for scan on the chest and once the results were seen the doctor was not happy with them and immediately, plans were made for me to go to burton hospital a&e where further tests would be taken including blood x-ray, and scans a&e were informed of my impending arrival by the doctor the swiftness of the doctor's actions prevented a critical situuation getting far worse

   I have mental health problems so forget things, I phoned to speak to someone at the right time, I went in the queue like everyone else, I asked for an appointment for a telephone consultation and was told I would need to wait till tomorrow or I'd be wasting an appointment, I went to explain why I needed today and not leave it but she spoke over me saying ok and made to feel like I was just an inconvenient person, I was made to feel worthless. If I had said ok I'll leave it till tomorrow I would have forgot and missed the phone call and have to go through it all over again, reception staff should not be talking to people with such attitude making people feel like they should just go away and die quietly in the corner.. If they cant be kind, dont let them use a phone. They have no complaint process just send an email which then goes missing..
