    I’ve never had such a poor experience of a drs in my life. It’s almost impossible to get through to book at appointment, I’ve had to ring 78 times in the last few days, as you constantly just get a busy tone at 8.30am, which is the only time you can book an appointment. When you finally do get through you’re told to await a call back at some point that day, if don’t get to the phone in time, that’s it. One attempt. Then you have to go through the whole process again the next day. There seems to be an expectation that you can put your life, and your families life completely on hold for days on end waiting for a simple phone call to ‘approve’ you for the actual appointment you need. This surgery has messed up my husbands prescription more times than I can count, leading to a stressful last minute scramble to get him the essential medication he needs, he would become hospitalised without it. I don’t know if it’s the surgery’s policies, the staff’s behaviour or the fact the nhs is so underfunded, but if things do not improve drastically people will die due to not be able to access the medical care they need in a timely fashion. Such a sad state of affairs.
