I was put at ease as soon as I entered and the staff were very reassuring and communicated brilliantly. I cannot recommend them enough and the way they deal with you is second to none. Thanks to both for making me feeling so comfortable when feeling vulnerable and not knowing what to expect.

Had a vasectomy here, staff are so informative, friendly and really put you at ease. Anyone who is feeling apprehensive shouldn't worry as all the staff here a first class and the procedure is painless.

Staff were absolutely brilliant, doctor met me with a friendly handshake and then reassuring throughout. Nurses were superb, friendly and really understanding. Top team!

Came here for a vasectomy referred from my usual GP. Staff from reception through nurses and surgeon were all extremely good. Explaining procedure, friendly, thorough and no rush through the entire process.

I attended today for a vasectomy. Understandably a little nervous and unsure of what to expect despite reading a lot of reviews online. The doctor and nurses at this surgery were great and made me feel at ease. The initial scratch as the local anaesthetic is administered is as you would expect and not painful at all. Some discomfort throughout as you feel the tugging sensations. I'd describe the feeling as a dull ache throughout, similar to the feeling after being hit in the testicles but not as intense. Lots of information and advice given. From first being seen to leaving everything took around 20 minutes.

Cute place, was running a bit late, but it was a small place with a fair few patients. Staff were friendly and professional, definitely helped out me at ease.

I was booked in for a vasectomy, the waiting time was short, the reception staff were friendly, the doctor was brilliant and explained everything in a lot of detail. The doctor and the nurses were friendly and kept everything light hearted were possible which I thought was great. The procedure was quick and virtually painless and the initial aftercare was explained well and thorough.
