I recently had both a telephone appointment and in person visit to the Medical Centre. The two members of staff I spoke to on these occasions were exemplary, being patient and understanding and came across as very compassionate. All this in a time when the NHS is still incredibly stretched.

What absolute joke waited 35mins over my appointment time which was only 2 hours since opening time to be told I couldn't have what I went for. Not only that whilst waiting in reception noticed how rude the receptionist was with patients never just joined this doctors and never had a doctors as bad as this one.
